Thank you for shopping with us! We’re proud to offer thoughtfully designed, made-on-demand products created just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. 

No Returns or Refunds 

All sales are final. Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or are missing from your order. 

Replacements for Damaged or Missing Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’re happy to replace it. To request a replacement, please contact us at info@aboverubiesp31.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information: 

  • Your order number 

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and/or packaging 

  • A brief description of the issue 

Once we verify the issue, we’ll process a replacement at no additional cost. 

Order Cancellations 

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted.
